There are various reasons why we don’t frequently cook or order food. The reasons could be the standards of taste, hassle of going to multiple grocery stores, expectations of portions, availability of grandmother’s secret sauce ingredients, etc. We blend diverse perspectives of ingredients and recipes even from a historical point of view.
We meet modern needs and deliver only the healthiest ingredients, including home-grown herbs and ingredients acquired within few hours. With a high baseline, we provide solutions beyond just the basic human needs.

Notes from the table
These taste like my grandmother’s cooking!
I didn’t know that pork (chashu) can contain so much flavour!
The chef’s cake is amazing! Made not so sweet with dates, and it was still really good!

Frequently asked questions
‘Healthy’ can be a bit subjective. Can you describe what you mean by healthy?
In short, diverse nutrition, fermented, and never inflammatory. We mostly use sugars from fruits and honey. We only use olive, coconut (non-inflammatory), rice, avocado, and sesame oils. We will never deliver cow milk, pure white flour, etc. directly for your consumption. We also apply best practices for kitchenware, for example not handling non-stick pans with metal, but more broadly PTFE (AKA ‘Teflon’) is avoided. We eliminated micro plastics where we can. We grow some of the herbs/vegetables ourselves.
Are the containers microwave/dishwasher safe?
The lids are not microwave safe. Otherwise, yes, they are microwave and dishwasher safe!
Can you recommend some restaurants here in Eindhoven?
Sure! Here is our tierlist:
1) Takumi
2) Asmara, Gezana (honourable mention: pop up restaurant Min Young)
3) Pizzeria La Vita e Bella, Hout (both use same suppliers from Italia)
We would recommend a quick 2h train ride (<25€ 24h roundtrip ticket) to Düsseldorf or north of the Netherlands for Japanese cuisine.
I have allergies to X, Y, and Z. Is it possible to get food without them?
Yes! Please make sure to let us know what such ingredients are.
